![]() ![]() I will continue to workout 6 days a week and will work in more strength training and may take it down to one workout a day. I follow Grace White fitness and if you search specific workout terms, there are so any workouts that pop up. I still go to Stride and take classes there and I also started working in more strength training and finding more specific workouts (for your arms, butt or mid section) on social media and would do those quick workouts after my regular workout. Workouts and MoreĪfter the 6-week program, and even during the 6 weeks, I actually was working out more than the app workouts. I know this summer will be over before we know it so I’m just going to enjoy myself as much as I can. She is very creative and good with her hands. Phoebe is back at her summer job (ice cream shop) and Madeline is taking a volleyball camp and has been making more bracelets and now is getting into nail art. Ha!
